Ralph Lauren Purple Label: Equestrian

The equestrian world is deeply woven into the fabric of Ralph Lauren’s identity, a powerful symbol of tradition, elegance, and sporting excellence. From polo fields to fox hunts, steeplechase circuits to thoroughbred racing, these refined pursuits have long informed the visual language and lifestyle of Purple Label.

I am always inspired by the storied heritage of equestrian sport to create designs that balance classicism with modern sophistication. Drawing from archival references and the aristocratic codes of English country life, I translated this legacy into elevated, tailored pieces with rich textures, equine motifs, and a refined palette. Every detail, from crests and saddle-inspired hardware to horse-bit graphics and fox hunting plaids, was thoughtfully considered to honor the past while appealing to today's luxury customer.

These projects reflect both my passion for storytelling through design and my deep understanding of the Ralph Lauren ethos: where heritage is not simply referenced, but reimagined with beauty, craftsmanship, and intention.
