RLX Golf – Ralph Lauren
My work on RLX Golf at Ralph Lauren united modern performance wear with storied heritage, translating the brand’s timeless sensibility into a dynamic golf lifestyle collection. RLX bridges classic American sportswear with advanced innovation, functional yet elegant, rooted in tradition but made for the modern game.
Designing the collections, I helped shape a visual language anchored in Ralph Lauren’s iconic references: from preppy plaids and bold argyles to sun-faded tropicals and crisp, whimsical micro prints. Each season fused moisture-wicking, stretch performance fabrics with tailored silhouettes and palettes inspired by golf’s most scenic destinations.
Two standout collaborations with TRENDYGOLF allowed me to deepen this narrative. For the British Open, I developed capsules drawing on British Isles menswear patterns and 1960s Liverpool, complete with a vintage-inspired golf crest and expressive paisleys. Another highlight was a custom bandana patchwork print, a layered collage of vintage handkerchief motifs, paisley, florals, and geometrics, reimagined with a sport-forward edge.
I also played a key role in outfitting RLX Golf brand ambassadors, Billy Horschel, Trevor Werbylo, Tom Watson, and other PGA pros, bringing our designs to life on golf’s biggest stages.
Whether reimagining prints, refining proportions, or honoring the spirit of the sport, every project balanced fashion, function, and Ralph Lauren’s enduring legacy.
